RATE: $27.93 / hour
SHIFT- EVENINGS-SEASONAL
- Provide support to Manufacturing Operations in both Liquids and Salt Department.
- Operating responsibilities include: Box maker, print and apply label applicators, check weigher, case sealers, palletizer operation, floor and table scales, hand bag sealer, Dump Room Operation, Quality Verification Stations, and Forklift Driving -- staging and delivering , and other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Manager/Supervisor
- Follow all applicable facility health, safety, and environmental requirements (e.g. PPE policy) and procedures for reporting incidents and/or injuries per the PepsiCo Employee Handbook, including having the authority to immediately address safety risks
- Assist in continuous improvement of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GEHSMS programs and procedures though active participation in the near miss/good catch program

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to drive a forklift and have forklift certification
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Detail orientated and ability to organize workload
- Ability to operate machinery
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts and overtime
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Self-driven to work and learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for long periods of time (6+ hours/day)
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, go up/down stairs and twist for long periods of time (6+ hours/day)
