Job Postings

Employers are allowed to post listings only for real, paid job opportunities meant for qualified candidates. Each posting must represent a single open position. By posting, employers confirm they have the proper rights, such as intellectual property for any logos or trademarks used, and agree to follow any licensing rules outlined in these Terms. Job descriptions should be straightforward, clearly explaining the duties, qualifications, and pay, including any part-time or commission-based details. Employers also agree not to post jobs or listings that break these Terms or any laws. Specifically, they must avoid posting:

  • Jobs that don’t exist.
  • Listings that break labor, employment, anti-discrimination, or data privacy laws.
  • Opportunities requiring candidates to pay before being considered.
  • Multi-level marketing schemes or pyramid schemes.
  • Unpaid positions, surveys, or focus groups.
  • Any advertisements not part of a job listing.
  • Cannot include content or links that are unlawful, defamatory, threatening, exploitative, obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate and objectionable.
  • Job listings must be relevant to a legitimate job opportunity. This means keywords or phrases unrelated to the job itself are not allowed.
  • Listings that aim to collect contact information for resale or for any purpose other than hiring for the specific role described are also prohibited.
  • Content they don’t have the right to share.
  • Listings asking for sensitive personal details.
  • Jobs targeting or collecting data on children.

If you're an Employer posting a job through the Service, it's your responsibility to ensure that your job listing complies with all applicable laws. Employers agree to take full responsibility for any legal issues that arise from their job postings, including any materials such as emails or external links that Job Seekers might be redirected to. Employers also agree to defend and indemnify Joblist from any related claims, as outlined in these Terms. This applies to anyone posting jobs, whether for their own organization, as a recruiter, or staffing agency.

License

Unless stated otherwise, Jobirise and/or its licensors hold the intellectual property rights for all content on this website. You may use the materials for personal use but are subject to restrictions outlined below.

You may not:

  • Republish material from Jobirise.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Jobirise.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Jobirise.
  • Redistribute content from Jobirise without prior permission.
