Our client, a well-known Manufacturing Facility is seeking warehouse associates to join their team. As a warehouse associate, you will be part of the assembly & production supporting Manpower. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, great attitude, and eagerness to learn and expand skill sets which will align successfully in the organization.
 
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Seguin, Tx
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.89 hrly
Shifts: Days, Nights, & Overnight
 
What’s the Job?

• Aligning and securing engine components as directed by work instructions
• Installing gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, covers, and visual components
• Ensure that all parts and materials used in the assembly process are free from quality defects
• Assist other departments with problem or improvement ideas related to assembly
• Follow standard operating procedures & Work safely and maintain a clean work environment 

What’s Needed?

• Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
• Good communication skills and the ability to read, write, and count and distinguish.
• Ability to stand, stoop, squat, bend, and lift up to 50lbs in a 10 hr shift
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work Overtime as needed (varies per department)
