Our client, a well-known American construction equipment manufacturer, is seeking Production Technicians to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the team supporting engine assembly for best-in-class machinery across the world. Ideal candidates will have a great attitude, good communication, and ability to work well in a team environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler Technician

Location: Seguin, TX

Pay: $17.60 per hour

What’s the Job?

· Aligning and securing engine components as directed by work instructions

· Installing gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, covers, and visual components

· Ensure that all parts and materials used in the assembly process are free from quality defects

· Assist other departments with problem or improvement ideas related to assembly

· Follow standard operating procedures

What’s Needed?

· High school diploma or GED

· Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen

· Ability to read, write, and count and distinguish in English

· Ability to stand, stoop, squat, bend, and lift up to 35lbs

· Ability to work mandatory overtime
