Description
Leidos Defense Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead our user research and integration for a variety of Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with users, developers, and senior leadership and will have a background in army-of-one user experience projects. In this role, you will work with users and system trainers to gather feedback on C-UAS software user interfaces (UI). You will leverage your background in Product Management and UX, the feedback gained from users, and your understanding of usability principles to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations, designs, and prototypes. Through collaboration with users, trainers, stakeholders, and developers, you will be a key player in guiding the improvement of the UI and the overall experience of the software.
As a Senior UX Lead, you will be responsible for staying up to date with latest design patterns and UX technologies/tools. You will also promote UX methodologies and best practices, share knowledge the UX community, including other UX practitioners and development teams. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. You will communicate findings, design recommendations, status, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
