Leidos is searching for a highly motivated Program Manager to work on-sight in support of a Federal Agency in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
Represent the contractor and team before the Government COR and Case Teams
Contractor manager with primary responsibility for all support provided under the contract
Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support the full life cycle management of the resources assigned to the program and contract
Notifying the Government of schedule changes, work assignments and coverage, documenting daily tasks, and work location changes
Mentor and assist new team members to perform daily tasks
Manage client expectations and deliverables
Initiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across internal and external stakeholders
Oversee and monitor all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and procedures
Review system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
Review and report technical assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope project
Oversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS) and network architecture
Collaboratively work with the COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverables
Provide the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of future tasks
Responsible for the overall contract performance and quality assurance
Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling, and management of the Contractor personnel
Basic Qualifications:
Must hold and maintain either a TS-SSBI clearance or TS/SCI clearance
Bachelors’ Degree and 8+ years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects or Masters’/Law Degree and at least 6+ years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on litigation projects
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing and eDiscovery support activities
Expert knowledge of litigation support
Demonstrated writing, oral communication, and management skills in a contract management environment
Able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing them
Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required
Expert user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware and document review platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience coordinating project technical requirements with technical staff and non-technical stakeholders
Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred

Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
