We are seeking a hard-working inside sales National Account Manager who has great closing skills and the passion to exceed sales goals.
This position, you will be responsible for serving our customers by answering questions and generating sales via the telephone and/or web inquires. The National Account Manager focuses on proactive selling of our distributed and manufactured line by maximizing all opportunities and aggressively cross-selling, up-selling, and following up. In this position, you will also be responsible for outbound calls to customers regarding bids, requests for quotes, and general customer inquiries. There is no cold calling in this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Make outbound calls, create bids, quotes, and follow up with customers.
- Create orders and quotes that include all necessary accessories.
- Field a high volume of initial inquiries from prospective customers interested in purchasing and/or learning more about FarmTek or Grower’s Supply products and related equipment.
- Occasionally mentor and train new sales team members.
- Periodically attend tradeshows and customer site visits.
- Work on individual projects.
- Build relationships with potential and current customers, trade organizations, and/or specific growing organizations.
- Work with management and other team members to coordinates sales efforts.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Salary
$60000 - $80000 USD per year

Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree (or equivalent from four-year college or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Compensation
- Hourly plus commission with the potential for bonuses based upon sales volume. Salary ranging from $60,000-$80,000 annually
