Purpose: This pivotal role is part of the sales process and ultimately responsible for identifying and scheduling demonstrations of TriZetto provider solutions products and services.
Essential Functions:
1.Generate a high number of new leads through cold calling and other marketing channels to schedule web demonstration appointments for our sales representatives.
2.Top-Notch communication skills with the ability to overcome objections while nurturing leads
3.Strong time management skills, keep lead status updated in our CRM platform and upkeep a lead pipeline
4.Work closely with Marketing and Sales team members on tasks relevant to lead generation
5.Have in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure that you can effectively communicate the products and benefits to prospective clients
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting/cold calling.
Technical Competencies:
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Outbound phone experience, including but not limited to using a predictive dialer
·Experience with utilizing CRM software. Salesforce preferred but not required
Behavioral Competencies:
·Enthusiastic, Professional, Customer Service and Sales skills
·Excel at overcoming initial objections
·Ability to quickly establish rapport with potential customers
·Work independently and remotely in a secure environment
