- Pay of $24-26 per hour, to start.
- This role will not have any supervisory duties, to start. You would participate in building your team in approximately six months, which would involve a pay increase, at that time.
Requirements for the Warehouse Manager:
- 3+ Years of Supervisory or Management experience in a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsive to internal and external requests, managing expectations, and delivering results.
- PC literacy, including experience using MS Office products.
- Experienced with inventory management, scheduling, and purchasing.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager:
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective inventory is maintained.
- Oversee onsite Inventory control and reporting.
- Implement and manage a restocking process for all service and installation vehicles.
- Manage the repair and warranty parts process.
- Oversee the company’s purchase order system.
- Maintain all onsite inventory locations and warehouse spaces.
- Control staging of equipment and material to facilitate a smooth and efficient installation process.
- Maintain accurate pricing for all materials and equipment in the company’s operating software.
- Supervise all warehouse staff.
- Manage the maintenance and repair schedule for the company's fleet of work vehicles. Including the daily management of the company's shop vehicles.
- Control and maintain the company's shop tools.
