Responsibilities as the Home Comfort Designer:
- Take charge of providing tailored HVAC solutions to customers, ensuring their home comfort needs are met with precision.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and preferences, offering customized recommendations.
- Follow up diligently on sales leads, delivering exceptional post-sale support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Showcase the benefits and features of our HVAC systems during interactions with customers, driving sales and exceeding targets.
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor for all HVAC needs.
- Coordinate seamlessly with our support team to streamline operations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Effectively communicate job requirements and expectations to installation teams, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in HVAC sales is a must, showcasing your ability to close deals and exceed targets.
- A deep understanding of HVAC industry practices and standards, combined with a passion for innovation.
- Service Titan experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success, including high closing rates and exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage customers and drive sales.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
- A self-driven and detail-oriented mindset, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
