Responsibilities for the Lead HVAC Service Technician:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch, managers, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Skillfully repair a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and control systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
Execute preventative maintenance procedures on residential HVAC systems, contributing to their longevity and efficiency.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Perform repairs promptly without compromising on the quality of work, prioritizing customer needs.
Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issues with HVAC components, ensuring reliable performance.
Keep company trucks and inventory updated, promoting efficiency in daily tasks and repairs.
Complete paperwork accurately and always maintain a professional appearance, upholding company standards.
Provide customers with information on finance options and maintenance plans, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
Requirements for the Lead HVAC Service Technician:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems, demonstrating a robust understanding of the field.
Possess valid EPA certification, showcasing compliance with environmental regulations.
OSHA or NATE certifications are a plus, underlining a commitment to safety and industry expertise.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to work in various settings, including attics and crawl spaces, showcasing adaptability.
Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds, demonstrating physical fitness for the role's demands.
Maintain a clean driving record, reflecting responsibility and reliability.
