Responsibilities for the HVAC Install Apprentice:

• Collaborate with experienced technicians to assist in the installation of HVAC systems.
  

• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment required for HVAC installations.
  

• Assist in handling and organizing materials needed for installation projects.

• Prepare worksites by ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped for installations.
  

• Participate in testing HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
  

• Actively engage in training sessions to enhance technical and practical knowledge.
  

• Learn to identify and troubleshoot common issues during installations.
  

• Take initiative in learning and contributing to the installation process.

• Follow up on completed installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
  

Who We're Seeking:

• 2 years of HVAC Installation experience preferred.

• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow is preferred.
  

• EPA Universal Certification Preferred.
  

• A clean and safe driving record.
  

• Exceptional customer communication skills.
  

• A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.

• An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
  

• Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
  

• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  

• Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.?
