As a successful Customer Experience Manager, you'll provide essential information about our services and facilitate online scheduling for both potential and existing customers. Success in this role means demonstrating agility, exceptional customer service, and potentially leveraging sales skills to maximize opportunities. Additionally, efficient organization and dispatch of service teams will be critical for success.
This is an in-office position with the schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with after-hours opportunities.
