A Successful Scheduler/Dispatcher will play a vital role in our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-focused, and possess excellent communication skills. This high-energy position requires making a minimum of 80+ outbound calls daily, reflecting a dynamic and proactive approach.

Pay ranges from $22 - $30/hour, based on experience.This is an in-office position in Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities for the Scheduler/Dispatcher:
- Engage with our extensive customer database through consistent appointment scheduling calls.
- Strategically plan daily routes for technicians based on geographic areas, ensuring revenue expectations are met.
- Field emergency service calls, efficiently rerouting technicians to address customer needs based on location and availability.
- Gather essential information from customers for inspections and repairs, with meticulous data entry.
- Respond to customer calls, facilitating the scheduling of inspections, repairs, and emergency services.
- Help technician by addressing questions or issues they may encounter.
- Daily review of reports to ensure effective workload management.
- Undertake various duties, including reviewing inspection reports, engaging in sales, quoting, and more as needed.
Requirements for the Scheduler/Dispatcher:
- Essential previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is a must.
- MUST have prior experience in a dynamic outbound call center, telemarketing, or dispatching setting.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and customer service skills are essential, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrates initiative, actively pursues opportunities, and achieves goals.
- Proven ability to manage a vital business function, meeting goals and deadlines effectively.
