Responsibilities of our next HVAC Service Technician:

• Maintain open communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Conduct repairs on air conditioning, heating, control systems, as well as humidity and temperature control systems for residential customers.
• Provide preventative maintenance services for residential heating and cooling systems.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by gaining knowledge of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Address customer complaints by performing timely and high-quality repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
• Ensure your company truck is consistently clean, both inside and out.
• Keep truck inventory up to date for efficient service delivery.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.
• Educate and assist customers in selecting the best finance options and maintenance plans to meet their needs.

Requirements of our next HVAC Service Technician:

• Minimum 3-5 years residential experience servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment.
• Boiler experience is highly preferred.
• EPA certified required
• OSHA or NATE Certified a PLUS!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills needed
• Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
• Able to lift 75 pounds
• Having and maintaining a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check.
