The Office Manager oversees daily operations, manages administrative tasks, coordinates schedules, and serves as a point of contact for internal and external communication. They handle budgeting, and financial tasks, and contribute to fostering a positive work environment. The role is crucial for maintaining an organized and productive office space. The schedule for this role is M-F 7 am – 4 pm.

Responsibilities for the Office Manager:
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and responsibilities
- Supervising and collaborating with Customer Service representatives to manage customer calls.
- Working with dispatchers and communicating with technicians during service calls
- Monitoring and ensuring quality assurance within the office.
- Utilizing service software for efficient operations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with repeat customers
- Handling invoicing and billing tasks, including assistance with payment collection
Requirements of the Office Manager:
- Residential home service experience is highly preferred
- Service Titan experience is a plus!
- Exceptional ability to handle fast-paced work environments
- Strong leadership and motivation skills
- Proficient in multitasking with oversight of daily duties
- Experienced in dispatching technician assistance
- Skilled in answering phones and customer interactions
- Proficient in invoicing procedures and financial tasks
