Responsibilities for the Lead Water Restoration Technician:
- Perform water/fire/smoke damage, mold remediation, and disinfection services.
- Cutting and removing drywall, insulation, carpet, and other types of installed flooring
- Removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light, and demolition
- Sets up and monitors air movers and/or dehumidifiers.
- Lead and manage a skilled team of technicians, orchestrating their schedules and ensuring seamless job execution.
- Collaborate directly with insurance adjusters and homeowners, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Take charge of equipment maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring optimal performance and professionalism on the job.
- Drive job and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and meticulous attention to detail, leaving a lasting impression on every project.
Requirements for the Lead Water Restoration Technician:
- 3-5 years of experience in water restoration; fire/smoke/mold preferred.
- IICRC and WRT certifications are required.
- ASD certification is a plus!
- Knowledge of mitigation and restoration techniques, including water, mold, and fire.
- Must be a team player.
- Quick learner while being open and receptive to feedback.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background and driving check.
