Responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager:
- Oversee the truck replenishment, material return, and purchase order processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage next day installs and general installs, focusing on material and equipment staging for seamless fulfillment.
- Daily management of warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and streamline operations.
- Conduct full counts and cycle counts for both warehouse and vehicles to maintain accurate inventory.
- Efficiently manage the warranty returns process.
- Oversee the material receiving process for organized inventory management.
- Track, schedule, and manage maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
- Take charge of tool maintenance to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
Requirements for the Warehouse Manager:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management and purchasing required.
- Inventory management software experience required.
- Plumbing and HVAC warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with supply chain, operations, and managing inventory.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with inventory software preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understand and know how to improve important performance indicators.
- Able to learn new things, focus on solving problems and work independently.
- Can take charge and be responsible for your work.
- Pay close attention to details, especially when working with data.
