New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
Shift: Monday – Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm 8-10 hour days depending on operation demands; OT as required.

Pay: Based on experience ($22-$33)

Required: Minimum of 4 year(s) of relevant work experience. MUST have hydraulic, conveyor, pneumatic, electrical control, and electrical motor/gearbox experience.

Preferred: Welding experience, GREEN IRON, and YELLOW IRON experience.

I. Job Summary
The Senior Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operation of all plant systems and equipment. Including but not limited to balers, conveyor belts, gearboxes, electrical motors, pulleys, shafts and bearings. This position responds to all system failures by taking appropriate corrective action and completing or assigning the repairs needed to ensure that systems are operational and are functioning safely and efficiently. This position is directly responsible for leading all Plant Technicians and generally reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager.
