Urgent Team, an independent operator of urgent and family care centers, is seeking a Clinical Systems Administrator to join our team in Nashville, TN.

SUMMARY
This position will monitor and identify areas of system improvement in company clinical systems (Docutap/Experity).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.
• Identify areas for system improvement and develop plans to address them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new systems and software packages.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of clinical systems
• Develop training materials and provide training to staff on the use of clinical systems.
• Ensure that all clinical systems are compliant with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support for clinical information systems including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and document technical requirements.
• Develop detailed documentation of system design, testing plans, and user manuals.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in system use.
• Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct, Mission and Valued Behaviors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma
• Experience with EHR/EMR software and other clinical applications; Docutap/Experity is highly preferred
• Familiarity with clinical system-specific workflows and regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use.
