Urgent Team, an independent operator of urgent and family care centers, is seeking a Clinical Systems Administrator to join our team in Nashville, TN.
SUMMARYThis position will monitor and identify areas of system improvement in company clinical systems (Docutap/Experity).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.• Identify areas for system improvement and develop plans to address them.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new systems and software packages.• Perform system testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of clinical systems• Develop training materials and provide training to staff on the use of clinical systems.• Ensure that all clinical systems are compliant with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.• Provide technical support for clinical information systems including root cause analysis and issue resolution.• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and document technical requirements.• Develop detailed documentation of system design, testing plans, and user manuals.• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in system use.• Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct, Mission and Valued Behaviors.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:• High School Diploma• Experience with EHR/EMR software and other clinical applications; Docutap/Experity is highly preferred• Familiarity with clinical system-specific workflows and regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use.
