Position Responsibilities 

• Work with carriers, employees and Human Resources (HR) to respond to employee benefits-related questions.

• Monitor benefit administration within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to troubleshoot any issues and make updates when needed.

• Our perks put people first! Put on wellness events such as financial education sessions, health screenings and annual enrollment.

• Help make our employee’s voices heard by preparing and administering benefit surveys and providing findings / recommendations to management.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in HR or office environment.

• Experience with Word, Excel and HRIS (Workday preferred).

• Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations and requirements.

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
