Experience:
• 12 months of Pain Management experience is required.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
Minimum Experience:1-2 years: Previous work in clinic would be preferred not required.
Pain clinic deals with interventional pain procedures for our patients.
The procedures include but are not limited to, RFAs, Epidural injections, Medial branch block, Cervical steroid injections
Pain pump refills
Previous experience with Pre/Post-operative care is beneficial.
Previous experience in a pain clinic setting is preferred.
Unit Overview (Patient ratio, etc.): outpatient setting for pain management
