Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 70hrs biweekly

Shift: (7 on 7 off Wednesday-Tuesday) Primarily 3:00 PM-1:00 am with call coverage to 7:00 am in rotation with other staff. Flexible to work 4p-2a or 5p-3a with call until 6am when needed.

Weekends: every other part of 7 on shift

Holidays: Every other

Float Requirement: None

On Call/Call Back: 2-3x per week in rotation with other staff during 7 on work week

Minimum 1 year x-ray experience required

Required Skillset: Perform both Diagnostic & CT Procedures

Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate

Equipment used: Epic EHR, Merge PACS, Siemens Somatom Definition AS CT scanner, ArtPix DR with GE Proteus XR room, Carestream DR portable
