Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

BLS must be from AHA, ARC, Canadian Heart and Stroke, and Military Training Work only.

Required: adult, geriatric, current ref; RECENT Stereotactic EXP Preferred
