Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 10 months of role experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Weekends required, Sat only - part of shift

No on call

RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved.

Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO.

Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

Special Requirements: Ability to use GE scanner

Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.

Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Scrub Color: Any Color

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission – Any hits we have to send for approval

Return Staff Policy - 3 months between perm and travel

MRI certification can be ARMRIT or ARRT

BLS Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable

Details:

You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
