Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

2 years clinical experience in any clinical setting or 1 year acute care experience.

Weekends: Every Other

LTC/SNF Experience Preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
