Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 40 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an approved School of Nuclear Medicine Technology required. ARRT or NMTCB registry is required.

BLS must be AHA.

Tdap documentation is required for all workers and one of the following must be submitted for onboarding: 1. Proof of adult TDAP vaccination within the last 10 years. 2. Hackensack Meridian Team Health TDAP Attestation & Declination Form · Workers must complete the form in full if worker is declining TDAP or attesting that they have been vaccinated. The form is located in Egnyte.
