Experience:

• 36 months of Long Term Care experience is required.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 46 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Guaranteed hours: 40

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required

Candidates MUST have their own form of transportation as this facility is located in an area where Uber and public transportation are not readily available.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.

Traveler must be willing to work ALL holidays, including weekend before (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO requests for holidays will not be approved.

Must be willing to float.

IV certified preferred.

Rural/small facility experience – highly preferred

Maximum days off: 5 days
