Shift: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must live at least 70 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday through Thursday

Please request RTO up front if possible. Additional RTO requested after contract signing is up to manager’s discretion.

Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.

Experience with Phillips equipment.

Scrub Color: Black

If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/ week.
