Experience:

• 36 months of role experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Unit Specialty Exp: 2 years of experience required for all critical care areas (intensive care units). 1 year of experience for med/surg, telemetry and intermediate care units required (2 years preferred)

ALL RTO requests must be in the packet at the time of submission. Anything sent after, will not be approved.

Shift: 3 x 12’s or 3 x 10’s (7p-7a or 9p-7a), Wed. – Fri

Population (Diagnoses): In Vivo, peds, child, adults, and geriatric population. Seeking someone familiar with Trophon and Scanning Protocols.

Scrub Color: Black.

Certifications preferred: RDMS, AB, OB/GYN, RVT, VT, ARRT, VS, please add to packet if they have any additional

Any candidates starting after 10/2 must have their Flu vaccine or a valid Medical Declination prior to starting. Flu does not need to be in the packet at time of submission, however if they do not receive it or provide a valid medical declination prior to starting, they will not be able to start.
