Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of Outpatient Clinic experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Must have strong urology skills/experience.

Float Requirements: As needed; Willingness to Float Between Locations in Region as needed(Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, Porter) as needed. For floating outside of site they will be notified at least 2 hours prior to shift.

Pt Ratio: 1 RN, 5 MA’s 50-75 patients daily

Maximum days off: 5 days
