Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 18 months of role experience is required.

• 12 months of Social Work experience is required.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:

Schedule/ Weekend requirements : Some weekends required

ACSW needed for the ED at Walnut Creek and Inpatient at Concord will work at both Walnut Creek and Concord they are 8 miles from each other

ACSW is fine. They will be anchored in the ED, but on rare occasions might have to address a crisis or urgent situation in an inpatient area since there is no other social worker in house during night shift.

Float requirements : Some floating required on weekends or when staffing is very short

Pt population : All ages and populations of ED position. For inpatient, adults only

Certs required: Master’s of Social Work
