Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 10 months of role experience is required.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

No First Time Travelers

Orthopedics (total joints and ortho trauma); Neurosurgery, Vascular, Robotics, General, GU & GYN

Required equipment experience: Microscope; Laprascopic camera and tower equipment; arthroscope equipment

On-Call: Yes as needed.

RTO Restrictions:?RTO must be included at time of submission. Will not accept longer than 2 week time off request in a contract and need to still full-fill full contract weeks.

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by

Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler

ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.

References must be covering 1 year of employment in their specialty within the last 3 years. 1 Reference must be from a supervisor. Charge RNs accepted.

BLS- RQI are acceptable

1 reference from last 36 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)
