Who are we seeking?

Musth have experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility for minimum of 2 years
Travel required (up to 100%)- Weekly travel
PointClickCare a plus

Essential Job Functions:

Meet all federal, state, and Touchstone requirements for the business office
Provide feedback to the Administrator, Regional Director of Business Office, and other department leaders on prior BOM performance (opportunities/accolades)
Assist with Medicaid applications and education while present in the community
Manage resident trust funds appropriately. Resident trust fund reconciliations are completed by the 5th business day of each month and State trust fund audits result in zero deficiencies
Utilize all position related software packages (example: PCC, Papersave, SSI, etc.) on a daily basis adhering to all HIPAA privacy standards and Touchstone Communities Business Office policies and procedures
Act as billing liaison between CSO and residents and/or families
