The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleYou are one of the subject matter experts for a next-generation Identity and Access Management team driving one or more core technologies. You will be responsible for designing, supporting, and upgrading the enterprise Identity and Access Management technologies and ensuring solutions and processes across the entire 3M Health Care Business Group are successful. Your scope extends through Enterprise systems, Manufacturing, Commercial Products, R&D, Business Development.

As a OKTA Lead Security Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Acting as technical lead for the Okta practice including design, deploy and support.
Responsible for Okta configurations such as SSO, Application on-boarding into Okta, MFA configuration, Conditional access and other custom integrations using Okta APIs, Okta SDKs & Okta Workflows.
Oversight and guidance on Okta governance.
Owning technical roadmaps for the service offering
Producing documentation, Knowledge base articles and reporting & improvement of critical metrics
Okta technical lead, analyzing, strengthening the overall security posture of the Identity and Access team
Responsible for conduction continual security assessments to ensure the integrity of the Okta environments.
Designing and participating in security incident response plans as well as troubleshooting complex problems.
Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with many teams to complete projects and resolve issues.
Experience with working with external compliance requirements, remediation and reporting for SOX, HIPAAPA, PCI and others.
Education and mentoring other team members as well as the user base
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years of OTKA, Identity Security, IGA, SSO related experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND 14 years of OTKA, Identity Security, IGA, SSO- related experience
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
5+ years of expert level experience supporting large corporate environments with multiple Okta tenants
5+ years of expert level experience in SSO, Application on-boarding into Okta, MFA configuration, Conditional access and other custom integrations using Okta APIs, Okta SDKs & Okta Workflows.
Experience working with APIs for reporting, integrations & monitoring.
5+ Years of experience in scripting languages such as Powershell, Python, JavaScript
5+ years of expert level experience in IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID connect, SCIM & LDAP
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Okta or Microsoft Certifications
Proven ability to work independently in remote roles with ability to act as a technical lead to others.
Proven ability to work independently in remote roles with ability to act as a technical lead to others.
Willingness to be a member of a on-call rotation as one of the final escalation points for high severity issues.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
