Sodexo is seeking a Unit Controller 2 for Austin Peay University located in Clarksville, Tennessee. Nestled in scenic Middle Tennessee, just45 minutes from Nashville in downtown Clarksville, Tenn. Clarksville is the state’s fifth largest city and is home to Tennessee’s youngest population. The Unit Controller will oversee all financial aspects relating to these locations to include invoicing, month-end close, expenses, sales tax, accounts payable/receivable, budget, payroll, reporting, inventory, charge-backs, etc.as well as other day-to-day finance functions including client interaction and reporting.  You will handle approximately $8M in annual managed volume, and be a daily point of contact with the unit operators as well as the client.  

The successful candidate will:

• manage monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and reconciliation of the activities of current and future contracts as assigned per contract terms;
• conduct monthly analysis of financial performance of clients or contracts assigned;
• work with Supply Managers and National Account Executives (NAE) to ensure all client volume is being received;
• interact with all levels of management including NAE of each program, Regional Account Managers, corporate finance, Financial Service Center personnel as well as with the external clients for the contracts the analyst manages;
• conduct client or contract specific reporting and analysis; and/or
• conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
