Sodexo is seeking a customer focused Operations Manager 2, Multi-Service, for Shaw University in Raleigh NC. Our successful candidate will have strong financial acumen, 5 years of experience in EVS, grounds management and facilities management.
This Operations Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the departments and will be responsible for execution and delivery of work order flow, ensuring custodial standards and schedules are maintained, coaching and training, and customer satisfaction. The ability to multi-task, and handle multiple priorities is essential for this role.
