Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a General Manager - Chef Manager for Villa Raffaella, a small Senior Living account in Pleasantville, New Jersey. The General Manager / Chef Manager will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and be a hands-on manager. Will supervise, train and mentor cooks. Ability to work a flexible schedule is needed in the role and may require every other weekend coverage.
