Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time position at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell in Pennington, NJ. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide inpatient coverage as well as outpatient coverage in our state-of-the-art Metabolic and Weight Loss Center. Capital Health is a multi-site hospital system employing 14 dietitians in a variety of clinical settings. Come grow your skills as part of this dynamic team!

The successful candidate will:

• maintain a strong working knowledge of nutrition standards of care for inpatient and outpatient settings;
• serve as an active member of the multidisciplinary care team, with involvement in group education classes/support groups, committees and other outreach events as needed;
• participate in performance improvement and/or outcome measurement initiatives; and
• mentor/coach Dietetic Interns.

• a commitment to continued education in the nutrition field.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)  (Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, this must be a master’s degree)

Credentials Requirement:

• Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
