Unit Description:
Sodexo is currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team located in Framingham, MA. This Manager will play a key role supporting our pharmaceutical client and Sodexo Integrated Facilities Management teams to ensure that all elements of the Quality Management System are adhered to, while supporting all quality and compliance activities.
This role will be supporting 5 client sites in the surrounding areas of Massachusetts, but has potential for a hybrid work schedule!

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Sodexo Quality Assurance SME responsible for the overall design, management and oversight of Sodexo Quality Management System (QMS) and/or adherence to the client’s QMS, including the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and the client’s procedure
- Ensure Sodexo site operations adhere and comply with requirements defined in the global quality agreement
- Management and support of a robust self- assessment program around all Sodexo managed areas to ensure compliance with applicable procedures in an effort to maintain a level of audit readiness
- Responsible for recording and reporting to the appropriate client contact person all deviations and events impacting services and equipment at the site
- Participate and support both internal and external audits by providing information, records, documentation, etc. as required
- Provide training to all Sodexo employees and sub-contractors and oversee policy updates for regulatory requirements and commitments
- Confirm and track compliance for training requirements for all Sodexo employees and sub-contractors before allowing anyone to perform work as per the assigned training curriculum from validated training systems
- Monitor KPIs for compliance of Quality Agreement and provide timely reporting of key performance measures, quality incidents, corrective action status and other relevant information to client and management as required
- Add value to the business through implementing efficient, standardized systems and processes
- Provide representation, technical expertise, and guidance to operational management, support staff, and client to help resolve complaints and/or regulatory issues
- Determine and comply with stakeholder quality assurance expectations
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective action documentation and implementation as required
- Take necessary actions to ensure that all Sodexo quality and service standards are met
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
- A solid grounding and practical experience in working in the Pharmaceutical environment, particularly in a Quality function, laboratories and facilities management areas
- Ability to write persuasive and effective reports and communications, which clearly define findings and their causes, and recommendations made
- Strong analytical skills. The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem and have the ability to apply Quality Risk Management processes to evaluate the consequences of choosing each
- As this role interacts with senior client representatives, and senior Sodexo staff, excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are critical
- Flexibility to perform ad hoc assignments (special audit requests, serious quality investigations, due diligence, etc.)
- Continuous development on technical and business skills
