Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for an offshore Oil & Gas client. The manager will typically work a rotation of 21 days on/ 21 days off. This Food Production manager will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approximately 15 employees. Will oversee the daily kitchen operations serving approximately 300 people daily. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, will cook as needed.
**Ensuring a safe work environment on this oil rig is of paramount importance and will be a #1 priority for this Manager. An understanding of the basics of the oil and gas industry and the oil rig environment is a must.**
