Sodexo is seeking an experienced part-time Registered Dietitian to support our clinical team at Catholic Health Services in South Florida- including locations in Miami, Hialeah, and Lauderdale Lakes.  

Catholic Health Services provides care to 7,500 people on a daily basis, with over 38 facilities in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.  This benefitted position will work a minimum of 16-24 hours/week, primarily at St. John's in Lauderdale Lakes, with additional hours available based on vacation needs and census throughout the system.

CHS locations include:

• St. John's Nursing Center in Lauderdale Lakes
• St. Catherine's Rehab Hospital/Villa Maria Nursing Center (East) in North Miami
• St. Anne's Nursing Center in Miami
• Villa Maria West Skilled Nursing Facility in Hialeah

The successful candidate will:

• provide nutritional care including care planning and diet education to residents in long-term care, subacute rehab and assisted living;
• attend meetings including care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings; and/or
• support the food operations team with process improvement initiatives such as test trays and meal rounds.

• Registered Dietitian credentials (with CDR) and are licensed in FL;
• the ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff; and/or

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
