Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 to lead the culinary and food production services for Greenwich Hospital, a 200-bed community hospital within the Yale-New Haven Health System in Greenwich, CT. This location utilizes the "Expressly for You" (EFY) patient dining program, has two dining locations, the main cafeteria and the Garden Cafe, an upscale, waited table service venue. Greenwich Hospital has the highest patient satisfaction scores in the state of CT.
We are looking for an Executive Chef who is interested in using his/her creativity to develop an upscale menu for our patients, provide high end catering, employee development, operating standards and manage the culinary staff. The Executive Chef 3 will oversee approximately 65 employees, food production for retail, catering, patient services, and all ordering of food and supplies for the department.
