Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2 for St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. St. Mary's Regional Hospital is the largest facility between Salt Lake and Denver. With 300 beds, and nearly 800,000 square feet, our team consists of close to 80 frontline caregivers among all shifts. Team engagement along with the ability to complete tasks with limited oversight is pertinent to being successful in this facility. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.
