Spanish-speaking nanny for nine month old

We are looking for a native, Spanish-speaking nanny to watch our son during the week. Sometimes my wife and I work from home and sometimes we will be away in the office. We are looking for someone to speak only Spanish to our son as we are a bilingual household.
Our son is nine months old. He is crawling and trying to walk. It would be great to have a nanny who can help him learn his alphabet, numbers, and colors and play with him outside depending on the weather. He takes two naps a day and eats three meals (bottle and pureed food).
We live in West Jordan, Utah and would like to nanny to be here between 8:30am-5:30pm.
