Sittercity hiring for Regular nanny/household employee for active toddler jobs in Klamath Falls, OR, US

Both parents are self-employed and primarily work from home offices. We have one 1.5 year old daughter. We live on some property, have some animals (including dogs that will be outside, but occasionally inside depending on weather) and enjoy being active and outdoors most of all!
We have a very collaborative approach with our caregiver and want to support her as best as possible. We are very open to providing/paying for/etc. whatever you feel necessary to best work with our child.
We are looking for someone to help with household duties (laundry, cleaning and meal prep, etc.), along with care for our very active and silly daughter. Our expectation is for the caregiver to complement our loving, yet structured parenting style; provide screen-free, imaginative and outdoor play; and be dedicated to feeding her a well balanced diet.
We live in the Henley area.
The schedule is generally 8:30-3:30, Monday-Thursday with the expectation that you arrive on time and actively help with laundry, tidying, meal prep, etc. during nap time (i.e. when not with our daughter).
You may be asked to flex occasionally due to parent’s work schedules (we would always ask you if it works for you first).
Also, one evening per month and one Saturday morning per month could be requested.
