Onsite Part-Time sitter for 6 month old

Hello! Nice to e-meet you. I'd like to introduce you to the Earl's! My name is James, my wife Stefhany, our baby boy Jimmy, and our fur baby, Stark. We live here in Astoria, NY. We are first time parents and soon will be taking on the challenge of raising our son while juggling our respective careers. Parenthood is one of life's greatest blessings and we both could not be happier to be parents.
We are looking for a sitter to essentially occupy Jimmy for a couple days a week, a few hours each day. Jimmy is currently 4 months old and will only be 6 months when Stefhany returns to work. Reading, Singing, Play-time, and Naps pretty much round-up what we are looking for in a sitter.
We live in a 1BD apartment in Astoria. Both Stefhany and I have the option to work from home, but I travel into the office periodically when needed. We would leverage the sitter to occupy Jimmy for a few hours twice a week so we can focus on work but will also be present to hop in during our down time between calls/projects.
