I am raising my grandson and he is four years old and autistic so he doesn’t speak but he’s very kind, loving energetic and I just need a helping hand. I will be there all the time but I do would like somebody to watch him while I do my daily house chores.

And basically watch him play with him and enjoy your time with him. He’s very loving loves to hug and give kisses very kind a boy.
