The Global Transformation Lead is responsible for the deployment of digital solutions across the Sherwin-Williams enterprise with a focus on his/her specific process/function domain. A critical part of the role will involve engaging directly with global and regional process leadership to raise the awareness and acceptance of the digital solutions. This role will be required to speak to and demonstrate the enterprise business value of adopting the digital solution into our global operations. This role is highly collaborative and will involve constant cooperation and coordination with our global business units, digital technology teams, the enterprise data organization, as well as change management, to ensure a smooth implementation and adoption. The functional must support concurrent deployments as well as continuous improvements and advancements to the Sherwin-Williams digital tool set. This position will report to the open Deployment position.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Lead the process/function domain through all phases of an implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, and production support)
- Serve a single point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle for the process/function domain
- Lead and effectively manage a team of business analysts & provide guidance as needed
- Organize and deliver services (e.g., design workshops, user story/acceptance criteria documentation, test scenario definitions, test cycle execution, cutover planning and execution etc.) through all phases of an implementation lifecycle
- Display both breadth and depth of knowledge across functional and technical domains
- Consult with Organization’s Global Process Owners to maintain overall process and digital solution integrity
- Promote adoption of piloted digital solutions with internal businesses across geographies
- Monitor delivery progress and effectively communicate progress & RAID (risks, issues, action items, decisions) to the Program Management Office. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks. Proactively assess key risk areas at each point in the implementation and adoption, make recommendations as needed to overcome them for the process/function domain
- Provide counselling/coaching, leadership and support for team members
- Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree, at least 8 years in experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business)
Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications related to FIN process.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in deploying and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP with a focus on FIN process.
- In-depth knowledge of FIN business process and well versed with industry leading practices.
- Experience with multiple large-scale programs and projects, leading process optimization efforts and driving standardization is desired.
- Ability to lead a diverse team of business, technology, and consulting resources across multiple work-streams.
- Proven ability to gain credibility at all levels quickly, excellence relationship management skills
- Demonstrate ability to influence change, supporting implementation of new concepts, tools and transforming culture.
- Stay abreast of Oracle Cloud ERP updates and new features to propose continuous improvements.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to the FIN process.
- Provide support to business users and address system-related concerns.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to address issues with tact and diplomacy in order to reach consensus across wide range of diverse business teams
- Knowledge of ERP operating systems tools and databases
Preferred:
- Experience 2 or more end to end implementation lifecycle across multiple geographies while leading a process/function domain
- Ability to lead the technology teams as well as partner at a strategic level with the senior stakeholders
- High leadership capacity to influence others
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- Holds an in-depth knowledge of FIN business processes and has ability to work with diverse functions
- Owns alignment with Regional teams and Global teams on the prioritization and timing of detail features & capabilities to meet current and future state customer needs.
- Deep experience in FIN process/function domain with at least some exposure to FIN process enabling technology (e.g., Oracle Could, High Radius etc.)
- Well versed with FBDI approach and lead the conversion activities in FIN process area.
- Work closely with technical teams for extensions, integrations, and reporting.
- Prior experience building, implementing, and tracking plans for large and complex programs that span multi-year, multiple geographies and have multiple delivery and support partners.
- Ability to lead the technology teams as well as partner at a strategic level with the senior stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plans.
- Ability to analyze trends, data, and reports to come up with compelling solutions to complex problems.
