Develop business acumen for managing a profit and loss statement
· Develop professional selling skills
· Prepare for a successful career in management and in sales.
· Partner with facility leadership to oversee a multi million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of the facility
· Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and business management
Following successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a post-program promotion as an Operations Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business related field
· GPA of 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale
· Must be open to relocation based on business need for this position, and again for post program position and promotional opportunities
· Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s License
· Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
· Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Be able to operate material handling equipment safely, once trained
· Be able to distinguish the difference between colors, a skill used when color matching paint
